This 65-hour Yoga Alliance–approved training is designed for educators, yoga teachers, movement specialists, and caregivers who are passionate about expanding access to yoga for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities (I/DD). Rooted in trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, accessible sequencing, and adaptive communication strategies, this training will transform how you serve diverse communities through yoga and mindfulness.
There is a HUGE demand for Adaptive Yoga Teachers!
If you currently hold a 200 Hour RYT Certificate and successfully complete this program, there is a very strong likelihood you will be invited to audition for a teaching position with Move Through Yoga in Denver Public Schools, as part of an ongoing rollout to 31 schools.
